ASIP — Advanced Safety Intelligence Platform

ASIP — Advanced Safety Intelligence Platform

The safety platform

Every report, inspection and corrective action from every site you run lands in one record. ASIP’s intelligence reads that record next to weather and public regulatory sources, and returns answers your team can check and act on.

This app is powered by ASIP Technologies, Inc.

How it works

Data in. Intelligence in the middle. Decisions out.

Everything your people record, and the public sources that matter to your sites, go into one ASIP record. ASIP’s intelligence reads all of it together. What comes out shows its evidence, and a person decides.

Data in

From the frontline

  • ASIP Go

Reports, inspections and safety questions, from the phones in your crews’ hands.

From your own records

  • Incident, hazard and near-miss reports

Every report is reviewed by a person before it joins the record.

  • Inspections and audits

Equipment, site and compliance checks, with their findings.

  • Risk assessments and corrective actions

What was decided, who owns it and whether it is overdue.

  • Training, equipment and documents

Who is trained, which equipment is out of service and which procedure is current.

From weather and the environment

  • Station weather and air quality

Temperature, air quality, UV and six-hour rain and storm risk, tied to each station.

  • NOAA climate normals

Each station is compared with its own normal, so 100 °F reads differently in Phoenix and in Anchorage.

  • Lightning reports

From a third-party network, where you switch it on. Shown with their source and age.

From government and regulatory sources

  • Federal regulations

Text from the eCFR and the Federal Register, read on a schedule.

  • OSHA guidance

Interpretation and guidance pages from osha.gov, read on a schedule.

  • NTSB investigation records

Public cases, used as precedent when you investigate.

ASIP intelligence

One record, read as a whole.

One record

Every programme writes to the same record, so nothing is joined by hand.

Evidence first

Every answer names the records and sources behind it. With no source, it says so instead of guessing.

Your data stays yours

Each customer works in an isolated workspace.

A person decides

ASIP suggests. It does not approve a risk assessment, declare a root cause, close an investigation or order a stop.

Decisions out

Investigation assistance

Asks for the answers an investigation still needs, brings in related records and public NTSB cases, and keeps the timeline in one place. The investigator writes the findings.

Built from: Incident, hazard and near-miss reports, Inspections and audits and NTSB investigation records

Root cause guidance

Walks the team through HFACS so an investigation does not stop at “human error”. Then it helps choose fixes with HFIX and FACES, instead of defaulting to retraining.

Built from: Incident, hazard and near-miss reports and Risk assessments and corrective actions

A risk rating for every location

Each station’s risk is shown as expected against observed, with the trend, the confidence, the factors behind it and a recommended action. There is no hidden score.

Built from: Incident, hazard and near-miss reports, Inspections and audits, Risk assessments and corrective actions and Station weather and air quality

Weather alerts for each station

Weather and air-quality risk for the next six hours, set against that station’s own normal, and carried into shift briefings. Lightning is shown as the network reported it. ASIP does not detect lightning or order a stop.

Built from: Station weather and air quality, NOAA climate normals and Lightning reports

Answers on the frontline

Ask ASIP, inside ASIP Go, answers from your own manuals and procedures first, with numbered sources. If it cannot verify an answer, it says it is unavailable.

Built from: ASIP Go and Training, equipment and documents

Regulatory watch and audit records

Changed rules arrive with what changed and what they may affect. A person reviews each update before it reaches you. OSHA 300, 300A and 301 records are kept as the work is recorded.

Built from: Federal regulations, OSHA guidance and Risk assessments and corrective actions

ASIP Screens (coming soon) will show the same status on the shared screens people already look at.

The ASIP family

One family. One record.

Each product does one job in the field. ASIP Go writes straight to the record. ASIP Reception’s visitor presence is being connected to it, so an evacuation roll call can use the same record.

  • ASIP

The record and the intelligence. Where leaders review, investigate and decide.

  • ASIP Go

Frontline reports, inspections and Ask ASIP, on a phone.

  • ASIP Reception

    New

Kiosk visitor sign-in and evacuation roll call.

  • ASIP Passport

    New

The free visitor app that speeds up check-in at Reception kiosks.

  • ASIP Screens

    Coming soon

Safety status on shared screens in the hangar, the floor and the lobby.

  • ASIP Connect

    Coming soon

Push-to-talk over LTE, on the phones your team already carries.

  • ASIP Halo

    Coming soon

Timed check-ins for people who work alone or far from help.

The cost

Better answers. A smaller bill.

Safety software is usually bought one tool and one seat at a time. ASIP is priced on your industry, the people you cover and your sites. Every module that applies is included, with no per-user fee.

What each part costs

ASIP
From $100 a month, set by industry, people and sites. In the example below: $1,499 a month, or $14,990 a year prepaid.
ASIP Go
No separate price is published. It works with your ASIP subscription.
ASIP Reception
Free with ASIP. On its own: $495 a year for the first kiosk, $250 a year for each extra kiosk.
ASIP Passport
Free.
ASIP Screens
Two screens free, then $10 a month for the third screen and $6 a month for each one after that.

A typical mid-size ground handler

150 people at 4 sites, priced from the published matrix.

ASIP, everything in one record

$14,990 a year

$1,499 a month. Annual prepaid is ten months for twelve. Unlimited seats.

Two separate tools for the same people

$33,288 to $131,400 a year

Inspections and audits: Mitti (by SafetyCulture) at $24 per seat per month. Incidents and EHS core: Intelex at $49. Seats run from a quarter of staff to all of them: 38 to 150.

The difference

$18,298 to $116,410 less a year

Not counted: training, document control, chemical inventory, visitor management, screens, weather and regulatory tools. Most of those vendors publish no price, so we left them out rather than guess.

Also left out: the time your team spends reconciling systems, information that arrives late, and audit preparation. Those costs are real. We will not put a number on them for you.

List prices as published by each vendor, last checked 16 August 2026. Your own quote may differ. A flat-rate tool for audits and inspections only can cost less than ASIP. It does not cover the rest of the record.

The real dashboard

Station risk, open actions, incident trends and the reports waiting on review — one screen.

Leadership opens the same records the frontline filed from ASIP Go, the same day. This is the actual platform dashboard, not a mock-up of one.

ASIP safety performance dashboard for a ground-handling station: station risk elevated, seventeen open hazard reports, six corrective actions overdue, an incident trend chart, incidents by type, top hazards by frequency, and a table of recent reports.

What runs on it

One record in, intelligence out.

Eighteen programmes, one data model

Incident reporting, inspections, risk assessments, fleet, SDS inventory, audits, investigations, corrective actions, DOT programmes, learning, recognition and the rest — built in-house on one record, not bolted together.

An intelligence layer that shows its work

Recommendations arrive with evidence and sources attached. Early risk alerts raise before the loss lands. Plain-language answers come back in seconds, from your data alone.

Dashboards by role, region and site

A station manager, a regional director and the executive team each open the same record and see their own cut of it — the exact dashboard on this page, not a rendering of it.

Audit output in the shape auditors ask for

OSHA 300, 300A and 301 maintained as the record runs, plus the ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 evidence trails — simple upload to IT when the auditor arrives.
