ASIP — Advanced Safety Intelligence Platform

Advanced Safety Intelligence Platform

AI-powered safety and operations for aviation, warehousing, transportation, manufacturing.

Replace fragmented tools with one system for daily safety and operational work. ASIP brings reports, inspections, training, documents and corrective actions together, with AI to help your people understand risk and decide what needs attention.

Less administration. More time with your team. Better-informed decisions across every station.

Built from aviation safety and operational experience.

The problem

Your team needs time to lead, not more administration.

When reports, training, inspections and corrective actions live in separate tools, people spend their day entering the same information, chasing evidence and rebuilding the picture.

Warning signs become harder to see. Leaders get reports, but not always the context to act.

Your people need one place to do the work and understand what it means.

Illustration: one event, disconnected tools.

The solution

Run the work in ASIP. Keep the context together.

ASIP is designed to replace fragmented safety and operational tools with shared workflows and records. A report can sit alongside the equipment involved, relevant training, the risk assessment and the action taken.

Teams work from the same information, with access appropriate to their role. Human-led investigations and corrective actions turn findings into changes to processes, training or procedures, with people responsible for review and follow-through.

Illustrative operational workflow
  1. Report and check

A loading concern is reported. The related equipment inspection and procedure stay in view.

  2. Understand and act

People investigate contributing conditions, assign a corrective action and review evidence of the change.

  3. Share and follow through

A manager selects released lessons for the station briefing and recognises useful reporting.

Useful AI

An AI assistant grounded in your operation.

Where enabled and configured, ask about approved procedures or use plain language to prepare a report filter. Review the supporting information before deciding what to do next.

As more work happens in ASIP, relevant authorised records provide richer context for assistance. Useful results still depend on data quality, access and configuration, rather than every new record automatically retraining a model.

AI supports the decision. Your people review the evidence and remain accountable.

Question: Find our equipment inspection procedure.

Answer: I would retrieve relevant passages from an approved document you are authorised to read. Open the current source and check that it applies to this equipment before acting.

For everyone responsible for safe operations

One operation. Different responsibilities. Shared understanding.

Frontline teams

Report concerns, complete checks and find the information needed for the job.

  • Report a concern
  • Complete a check
  • Find a procedure

Safety and operational leaders

Investigate events, follow corrective actions and curate briefings relevant to the station and its people.

  • Review the event
  • Follow the action
  • Prepare the briefing

Executives

Review safety, risk and operational performance across locations, with the context behind the numbers.

  • Review the network
  • Explore the context
  • Prioritise attention

A role-specific dashboard is the view into the work, not the end of it.

One record

  1. 01 Plan

    Prepare people and equipment

Risk assessments set the standard. Training records, controlled documents, safety data sheets and inspection checklists.

  2. 02 Do

    Report from the frontline

Hazards, near misses and incidents, inspections and equipment checks, and positive observations, captured where the work happens.

Aviation first

Built around the work you know.

Explore ASIP for ground handling, airports, airlines, FBOs, flight schools, aviation fuel operations and airline catering. Reporting, inspections and follow-through support the people working across ramp, passenger service, cargo and into-plane fuelling. The same platform also supports road transport, warehousing and manufacturing.

Our commitment

Safer work starts with respect for people.

Everyone deserves a safe and empowered working environment. ASIP supports learning, fair accountability and recognition of the people making work better.

We are building for a Just Culture, with responsible AI and clear commitments to customers, our people and the public.

Questions before you start.

See pricing or ask us directly.

Does ASIP replace our existing safety tools?

That is the aim: one system for the workflows ASIP covers, rather than another layer of reporting. We will review your requirements and be clear about the scope, migration and any specialist systems that remain outside ASIP.

Does more use mean the AI becomes more useful?

More complete, relevant records give ASIP richer authorised context. Useful results still depend on data quality, access controls, configuration and human review. More data alone does not guarantee better decisions.

How do we see the price?

Use the public anonymous pricing estimator without booking a call or sharing contact details. Standard pricing follows industry, workforce coverage and sites.

Airport SMS is scoped separately: the estimator shows its published starting floor, not a tailored quote. Airport setup is a separate one-time fee. An enquiry is optional.
