- Warehouse management, stock control, specialist equipment maintenance and physical traffic controls. Operator training/evaluation/authorization decisions; a stored completion is not independent proof of competence.
- Current readiness and limits
- Validate the actual warehouse asset/template configuration rather than inferring coverage from an aviation GSE module name. Native ASIP Go QR entry for general asset inspections is not established. Software records do not physically prevent use or certify an operator.
Count a retired subscription only after the replacement is accepted and the cost can stop. Measure recovered administrative capacity separately from cash savings, and include migration, retention and overlapping contracts.

- Does ASIP replace a warehouse management system?
- No. Its accepted scope is safety and operational assurance, such as inspections, concerns, training evidence and action follow-through, not stock or warehouse control.
- Can an equipment check certify a forklift operator?
- No. Equipment condition and operator competence are separate. The employer's training, evaluation and authorization duties are not satisfied by a software completion tick.
- How do we price several distribution sites?
- Choose Warehousing & Distribution, covered headcount and sites. The employee band has included locations; additional sites and movement between bands can change the price.
