Review the employee band, included sites, extra-site charges and monthly or annual-prepaid total. Airport packages, enterprise floors and operations without a published price basis are identified separately. You can request written confirmation afterwards if you choose.
What the price includes
Priced on your industry, the people you cover and the sites you run. The matrix estimate follows those inputs; separately scoped services and products must be confirmed. A ground-handling operation carries more regulated ground than a retail one, so it is not priced as though it were the same job.
- Every module that applies to your industry is included. There is no capability held back for a higher plan.
- Annual is ten months for twelve. Monthly has no minimum term.
Applicable modules means the agreed scope, not that every feature in development is available. Confirm implementation, migration, support, additional products, taxes and any one-time charges before purchase.

These operations do not yet have dedicated published price mappings. Do not use a General Workplace, FBO, Fueling or Warehousing estimate as their price. The covered scope and applicable basis must be established before quoting.

Self-serve products
Two products you can sign up for on your own.
ASIP Screens and ASIP Reception each have their own published price, and you sign up in your ASIP account without a sales call. The full ASIP Platform includes both.
ASIP Screens
Safety-focused digital signage for the TVs you already have. The TV players and the web player are in build.

Airport SMS
Airports are priced differently, and here is why.
A Part 139 SMS is not one company's safety system. The airport runs it, and the airlines, ground handlers, fuel providers and contractors on the field all work inside it. So the thing that moves the price is not how many people the airport employs. It is how many organizations join the program, and how many people administer it.
Pricing an airport by badge count would charge you for the one thing an SMS is supposed to encourage — putting reporting in front of everyone on the field. We do not do that. Reporting and read-and-sign access are not seat-charged.
ASIP Airport SMS starts at $18,000/year for smaller Part 139 programs. That is a real floor, not a teaser. Above it, four things move the number and nothing else does.
Setting the program up is a separate one-time fee, quoted alongside the platform: the Part 139 gap assessment, mapping your SMS Manual and ACM, configuring participants and areas, and the first safety assurance calendar. We say so here rather than on the third call.
The anonymous estimator above shows the published airport starting floor, not a tailored quote. Your final airport price is scoped separately; employee and site matrix prices do not apply. Choosing a ground-handling row would not produce an airport quote.

ASIP-to-ASIP federation — a participant that already runs its own ASIP tenant connecting that tenant into your program — is in build and not yet available. It moves the price because it is part of the program you are buying, so we price it and tell you plainly that you cannot switch it on today. We are not going to put a date on it.
