At any ASIP Reception kiosk, the visitor scans the QR code on screen. The kiosk and the app talk directly — no form, no retyping, no queue at the desk.

Confirm, and the host knows
The details pre-fill, the visitor confirms, and the named person or meeting is notified the moment they check in. The visit is on the log before the greeting ends.

Reception runs in kiosk mode on hardware you already own. There is no proprietary box to buy and no per-device licence beyond the published kiosk price.

Notifications to a person or a meeting

Two routes, both published. If you run the ASIP Platform, Reception is included in your annual subscription at no additional cost — unlimited kiosks, users and visitors. Standalone, without the platform, it is $495 per year for your first kiosk and $250 per year for each additional kiosk, with no cap.
Unlimited users, managers, admins and visitors on both routes. There is no per-user fee and no per-sign-in fee.
Do I need the ASIP Platform to use ASIP Reception?
No. Reception is built as a fully standalone product. Platform customers get it included; everyone else runs it on its own subscription and can add the platform later if they want the safety intelligence layer behind it.
How do I start?
Start the 14-day free trial on this site: choose how many kiosks you need, enter a card, and your workspace opens automatically — the ASIP platform scoped to Reception and Crisis, plus the tablet app that runs the kiosk. No sales call, nothing to chase.
