The DOT audit asks for it in order. Have it in order.
Driver qualification files, testing records and incident history usually live in three places. An auditor treats them as one story. So does ASIP.
What ASIP saves you
Saves time
A driver's medical expiry, qualification file and incident history are one person, not three spreadsheets someone reconciles by hand.
Saves money
One subscription across compliance and safety. No per-driver licence, so a seasonal surge does not change the bill.
Saves effort
Expiries chase themselves. You find out a medical certificate lapses next month, not on the day the auditor asks.
Catches it earlier
A DOT signal recommends a risk review and cites what triggered it. It never quietly changes a rating behind your back.
What you get on day one
- Driver qualification files, complete and current
- Drug and alcohol testing under 49 CFR Parts 40 and 382
- FMCSA Clearinghouse status and medical certificate currency
- Hours-of-service signals, read-only, from the ELD you already run
- Vehicle inspection and defect reporting
- Incident reporting, investigation and corrective actions
- OSHA 300 log across every terminal
In build — not yet available
- Samsara integration
Everyone says AI. Here is ours.
Four things it does, and one thing it is never allowed to do.
- Two models, not one
- One drafts. A second, different model checks it before you see it. A model marking its own homework is the weakest possible safeguard.
- It cites, or it stops
- Answers come from your own documents and name the source. No source, no answer — it says so rather than inventing something that sounds right.
- You can argue with the score
- Expected against observed, with every input listed. Not a number between one and a hundred that nobody on your team could defend to an auditor.
- A person always decides
- It never closes an action, decides recordability, or signs anything off. It drafts. You decide.
Where the line is
Random selection is imported from your C/TPA — ASIP deliberately does not run it, because running it would make us a service agent under Part 40. Hours of service is read-only. We ingest your telematics; we never ask you to replace it.
You can see the price before you call us.
Every other platform in this market makes you book a demo to find out what it costs. Our calculator returns your figure from your headcount, your sites and your industry. Every module that applies to road transport is included, there is no per-user fee, and onboarding, data migration and support are part of the number.
