Levi Blount is an aviation safety executive and Certified Safety Professional with experience leading safety, quality, health, security, and environmental programs across large, complex, and highly regulated operations.

Before founding ASIP Technologies, Levi served as Director of QHSE for the North American operations of a global aviation ground-handling organization. He held responsibility for a network of approximately 90 airports and a workforce of approximately 17,000 employees operating across ground handling, cargo, fueling, airport lounges, and ground-support equipment maintenance.

His experience includes enterprise safety management, regulatory compliance, operational risk, incident investigation, human factors, audits, corrective actions, management systems, workforce engagement, and the implementation of safety technology across geographically distributed operations. He has worked closely with airport leaders, airline customers, frontline employees, regulators, and executive teams to translate safety requirements into practical operational controls.

Levi holds a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety and Health with academic honors, and is continuing his graduate education in occupational safety and health. His professional credentials include the Certified Safety Professional designation from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals, Safety Management Professional certification, ISO lead-auditor training, and specialized education in human factors, dangerous goods, and occupational safety.

His career also includes service in the Royal Air Force and law enforcement — experience that helped shape his approach to leadership, accountability, human performance, operational discipline, and risk-based decision-making.

Levi founded ASIP after experiencing firsthand the limitations of managing enterprise safety through disconnected platforms and labor-intensive processes. He combines operational leadership, formal safety education, technology implementation experience, and direct knowledge of the problems ASIP is being built to solve.

That combination positions him to lead ASIP with a clear principle: safety technology must be practical for frontline employees, credible to safety professionals, useful to operational leaders, and accountable at the executive level.
