Today we have published ASIP's Social Contract: our commitments to the public, our customers, and the people who will help build the company.

It starts with a simple standard: build software we would want to use, and a company we would want to work for.

Give leaders time to lead

ASIP grew from experience in aviation operations and safety management. Too much time went into entering data, chasing KPIs, and assembling reports. Warning signs existed, but they were scattered across systems. Leaders needed a clearer picture and more time with their teams.

We are building ASIP as an AI-powered safety and operations platform that replaces fragmented tools with one system for daily work. As reporting, documents, training, inspections, and corrective actions build within ASIP, they provide richer context for identifying risks and deciding what needs attention.

Our measure of success is practical: less administration, better-informed decisions, and earlier opportunities to prevent harm.

Useful AI, with people responsible

AI should earn its place by making work easier and safer. Our ambition is an assistant that helps frontline teams and executives understand their operations, prepare meeting notes, and develop action plans.

Human judgment remains essential. AI can be wrong. Its outputs need appropriate review, and people must be able to question the evidence behind a recommendation.

Safety depends on trust

Everyone deserves a safe and empowered workplace, whether they work on the frontline, in leadership, or in technology.

We believe in Just Culture: learning from honest mistakes, understanding contributing conditions, and applying fair accountability. ASIP is not a disciplinary portal or designed to single people out. Its recognition module celebrates contributions to safety and excellence, including identifying risks and helping others.

No software can guarantee an incident-free workplace. It can help people see gaps and act before an injury or accident.

Build a company people can thrive in

We value skills, potential, and contribution. We want the right person for each role, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, faith, or background, supported by mentorship and respect. Different experiences strengthen the company we are building.

Our planned working model prioritizes clear goals, flexibility, and work-life balance, with brief daily alignment adapted to the team's time zones.

For 2027, we are looking to introduce a learning and wellbeing bursary, supporting professional education alongside activities for the mind and body. U.S. medical, dental, vision, counseling, and wellness benefits are also planned as ASIP becomes financially able. Neither program is established yet.

Be clear about our progress

Responsible stewardship includes our environmental choices. We own AI hardware to limit reliance on external data centers, but ownership alone does not prove sustainability. Carbon neutrality, an EcoVadis rating, and ISO 14001 certification remain goals, not achievements.

Publishing these commitments gives people a basis for holding us accountable as we grow.

Read our Social Contract, and tell us where our actions can better match our words.
