ASIP — Advanced Safety Intelligence Platform

Catering fleets · High loaders · Airport kitchens · Ramp teams

Keep the kitchen, the vehicle and the aircraft-side work connected.

Airline catering brings food-production responsibilities, commercial vehicles and airside equipment into the same shift. ASIP helps the people overseeing those activities work from connected safety, qualification, inspection and action records.

Replace covered tracking and follow-up tools with one operational context, while retaining the specialist food-control systems your operation still needs.

An illustrative workflow, not a customer result

From the first observation to the next decision

  1. Check the person and equipment evidence.

Review applicable driver, airport-permission and competency records separately, then capture the high-loader or equipment check.

  2. Carry the finding into action.

Keep equipment defects and workforce concerns attached to authorized follow-up. Use approved or licensed food-audit templates for findings and actions.

  3. Review the operation without crossing boundaries.

Give local and regional leaders scoped records, while medical/testing detail and specialist food-control decisions stay restricted.

Know which records support the driver's work.

Where the vehicles, routes and applicable rules create CDL, medical or drug-and-alcohol testing duties, keep the required evidence under authorized program oversight.

Road-driver requirements, airport driving permissions and high-loader competency are related, but they are not the same authorization. ASIP should show what is recorded, what needs review and who is entitled to decide.

Connect the high-loader check to the action taken.

A defect found before service should stay with the vehicle or equipment, not disappear into a paper checklist. Record the issue, follow its disposition and retain the evidence of the authorized next step.

The same safety and action workflows help kitchen, dock and ramp teams raise concerns about manual handling, equipment and working conditions.

Make food-safety audit findings actionable.

Use your approved or properly licensed audit templates to capture findings, assign corrective actions and verify what changed. Keep the evidence useful to local quality managers and regional leaders without rebuilding a separate presentation for each review.

ASIP's inspection and action tools are not a claim to replace a validated HACCP program, continuous cold-chain monitoring, allergen controls or food-release decisions.

Replace covered work, not your responsibilities

Evaluate replacing
Covered high-loader/equipment inspections, workplace-safety reporting, qualification evidence and corrective-action tracking. Approved food-safety audit findings and evidence collection where the general audit engine is accepted.
Keep specialist authority
Validated HACCP, allergen control, cold-chain monitoring, food production/release and laboratory services. Drug/alcohol service agents, medical decisions, airport permissions and driver compliance providers until specific DOT/DAT activation and acceptance.
Current readiness and limits
DOT/DAT record modules are built but off by default and not proven with production tenant data. Confirm vehicle/route/jurisdiction applicability and authorized-role execution before promising a driver-program switch. General audit templates are not a native HACCP or live temperature-control module.

Count a retired subscription only after the replacement is accepted and the cost can stop. Measure recovered administrative capacity separately from cash savings, and include migration, retention and overlapping contracts.

What it costs, and what changes it

  • Aviation - Airline Catering

From $179/month or $1,790 annual prepaid

Published starting band: 1–10 covered employees, 1 site included. USD.

Your employee band and site count determine the total, without individually purchased user seats. The calculator shows included sites, extra-site charges and monthly versus annual-prepaid totals. Enterprise is separately scoped from its published annual floor.

Available modules and implementation, migration, training, support, taxes and additional-product charges must be confirmed for your scope. A module name is not a promise that every developing workflow is available.

Questions before you switch

Does every catering driver need the same license or testing program?
No. Applicable vehicle, route, work and jurisdiction determine the duties. Road-driver requirements, airport driving permissions and high-loader competency must not be treated as one interchangeable authorization.
Can ASIP replace our food-control system?
Not by implication. It can support approved audit findings and corrective actions in the accepted scope, but does not claim validated HACCP execution, continuous cold-chain/allergen control or food-release decisions.
What is the catering pricing category?
Choose Aviation - Airline Catering, then covered employees and sites. The employee band may change with seasonal growth even though individual software seats are not purchased.
